Our mail delivery was messed up again on 6 July 2024. The 3rd time (that I'm aware of) last week. I brought in 7 envelopes from the mail box. At first glance, they appeared correct, I saw our address on several, so I ran a letter opener thru each (from the back side). Only to discover that 2 of the 7 were not for us. Our address has "81" to start, these had "18". One was a trash bill (there were 2 trash bills, the other for us). The other wrong delivery was something medical. I don't know the person whose mail we received and I can't conclusively locate their house on Google Maps, so don't think we can had deliver to them. I'm extremely disappointed in the substitute mail delivery we've had this week!!!!!!!! I have an additional concern... what important mail intended for us, might have been delivered somewhere else, which we may never see. You gotta do better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We've had 2 instances of mail delivered to the wrong address this week. My address is 81 DeArmond Ln, Guntersville AL 35976. 1) I believe it was on Monday, 1 July 2024, my wife told me, we had at least one item of mail delivered to us, that was addressed to our neighbor, 2 mail stops after our delivery is made (on Martin Ln). We put it in the correct neighbors mail box (1/4 mile away to south). 2) Then one or two days later (2 or 3 July), my wife received a text from our neighbor one mail stop before us (on Martin Ln), that they had received 2 of our mail items (one of which was our electric bill!). My wife went to their mail box and retrieved our item(s) (per instructions from the neighbor, 1/4 mile away to north). I already didn't trust the USPS, this just makes it worse. Get with it!

I received a notice that a delivery was being held at the post office due to "recipient request." I have not requested that. Your office hours are 9-12 on Saturday but it was closed when I arrived at 10:30! No one answered the phone yet your phone message confirmed your Saturday hours. What is going on??
