My mail service is worse than bad; I don't receive all of my mail and thus far I have had to pay two late fees due to not receiving my statement from the business's I completed my transaction with. I took photos of an incident that occurred at my home and I took the photos to this Post Office and spoke with the Manager but I don't see my mail delivery service getting any better. I have a large Lock Mail Box but the mail delivery person can't seem to push the mail completely into the box so anyone walking by could open and remove my mail. The day I found my mail OPENED and SCATTERED all around my mailbox is when I took Photos to share with the Postal Service so they could see what had occurred! I have a fence around my property and gates so have no choice but to have a Mail Box outside near a gate at the end of my driveway. I never know where my mail goes or if I have received everything that was sent to me; it's become very depressing not to have faith in the US Post Office. I asked what I could do to help but the Manager said it appeared I had done everything I needed to do and he would discuss my situation in a meeting with the staff. I was expecting a delivery from Amazon and the order was shipped in two boxes; I received one and it says the second box was delivered as well and placed on my porch by my door.....? Really? How did the postal worker get over my 8 foot fence and walk up to my porch and place anything by my door. Normally they place all packages and boxes by the gate, which is near the Mail Box or toss them over the fence, which I have told them is ok to do, so I'm puzzled where the second box is as the one box was tossed over the fence. I'm so depressed with the lack of Good Mail Delivery that I can depend on and trust, and don't know what to do to make it any better.
