On April 1st I mailed five medium sized boxes to an APO address at the customer counter inside the Daphne Post Office. All five boxes disappeared in shipment. Two boxes went to Mobile and tracking ended. The other three boxes went to Miami, Indianapolis, and Chicago and tracking ended. The boxes were addressed on USPS Customs Forms with the contents listed as required. It seems very odd to me that the boxes were all turned over the USPS at the same time, all addressed to the same destination, all baring USPS customs forms and were routed to four different USPS facilities for shipment. I reported the lost mail as stolen to USPS Inspection Service and received no response - nothing. I reported the lost packages to the USPS Inspector General and received no response - nothing. The last place my five packages were accounted for together was at the Daphne Post Office. I filed an insurance claim - denied.

I am tired of not receiving our mail and if it does come it is after 8pm what is going on is this not a federal office who can I contact about this If your employees cannot or does not want the job I am sure someone will be willing to work this is a federal service and should be treated better than this we are expecting an important mail I am fed up with this
