I have had two packages sitting at this PO for a week. I got delivery attempted messages which are lies, no such thing happened. When I or family members go to retrieve them, workers act like they don’t exist. Today I was told ‘if it’s here, it ain’t comin’ out today’ by a worker. This amounts to theft. I paid for goods which are being held by an entity whose sole job it is to deliver product and parcels. This is not the first time this has happened and I live in a community with hundreds of people experiencing the same thing. Unacceptable.

1. Complete failure to deliver mail on any given day. 2. Failure to hire and retain competent delivery personnel. 3. Holding Amazon parcels for several days beyond scheduled delivery dates. Due to facility being under staffed. 4. Will not allow undelivered parcels to be picked up at post office by receiving party.
