This post office needs to get their act together. Do you want to know why you are losing business? It's not because of e-mail. It's because you won't deliver the mail you were paid to do. There is no excuse for it taking three weeks for a letter to cross from one end of Saraland to the other side. I'm still waiting on my garbage bill to be delivered and this is not the first, or second or third or fourth offence. This is a habit. We're fed up with your horrible service Saraland USPS. We've resorted to delivering our bills in person because its apparently too complicated for Saraland USPS to handle.
