I am a true and honorable person. For that reason, I am doing a follow up on my comments earlier this week. I rec'd my subscribed TV Guide magazine, days late, tattered and torn on the back page, but it arrived on Tues. Apr. 7, 2026. Usually these mags are shipped well in advance, so there is no telling where my mag was, but I was glad to get to me nonetheless. It did have my name and address on the label. Thank you to whomever saw to it that I finally got my mag. joyce zatarain

Loop Post Office, My TV Guide Magazine scheduled for 3 wks. starting April 6, 2026 is missing and never delivered. This has happened more times than I can mention here. It was probably mailed out a week of so ago. This is getting so old. Somebody got my mag and is either using the mag I paid for or tossed it in the trash. Neighbors are not honest. Please have your carriers be more aware of regularly mailed mags such as this to my address. I hate to have to make contact in a negative way once again, but I have to speak out for myself, who else will?

Yet another example of the USPS at 36606 is not customer friendly. I received a package today and yes it was delivered to the right address and timely. Problem is that not once over a 30 yr. span has the USPS carrier(s) ever tried to read and follow delivery locations to this address. If you call 1-800 they claim the P.O. does and will honor requests to deliver at delivery location specified by customer. NOT. Never happened in my long status as a customer of the 36606 Loop location. The seller of the product taped a note to the outside of box delivered to, "please leave at side carport door, thanks" Of course that request was not honored. My last package from this seller was delivered by FedEx and delivery location was honored correctly. I sent seller an email requesting that they do not use the services of the USPS. Again, nothing outside of the norm is honored by the USPS. My request is maybe 20 steps out of the way onto the carport to honor delivery location. Not once, not ever, will any of them heed the request from the postal customer or the vendor. Shabby service and that makes the USPS on the bottom of the totem pole of mail delivery services. Disappointed yet again.

I did not receive my scheduled 2 pieces of mail on Sat. 3.21.2026. I did, however, receive 2 pieces of mail addressed to my next door neighbor Charles Dupree. My address is 1205 Oliver and his address is 1201 Oliver. I wonder where my mail is? I had to call him and have him walk over at 80 yrs. of age to retrieve his mail from my box. It is getting old, way old. I do not think the carrier even looks at the names on the mail. I am tired of these repeated mistakes. It is not my job or other neighbors to get the delivered mail to the right recipient. Please train these people or at least get them more detailed in the work they do. You cannot always be in a rush or flippant with delivering pieces of mail. I am so tired of complaining and bringing the mess ups to your attention. Make changes for the better.

It has happened again.......my next door neighbor's mail (2 pieces) was delivered to my front porch mounted mailbox. I had to text my neighbor and have him walk over and retrieve his mail from my box. This should not be the case. If it were anybody else's mail, I would have simply clipped the two pieces onto my box for the carrier to pick up Monday to redeliver. This issue has happened more than a few times. I could understand if one piece amongst my numerous pieces of mail was wrong, but this happens when I was not delivered any mail for me personally, but two pieces that belong to my next door neighbor. Go figure? Do the carriers go by just the street address numbers or do they glance at the recipient also? According to "Informed Delivery", I was to receive two pieces of mail to me this day and I did not get those pieces of mail. One piece was from Alfa Insurance and may be important. I don't know if that mail will be delivered next week of if that mail was delivered to some other random person nearby? Everybody is not honest and some would just throw ail in trash and/or tear it up. Help. Please make sure these carriers learn and train to have detailed habits. They need to spend an extra few seconds to assure the proper mail is being delivered to the addressed recipients. Thanks.

Ok, I have made now three attempts at notifying management of problems with deliveries on Oliver Street 36606. Today again, I got someone else's mail delivered to my front porch box. Another person on Oliver St., I suppose. I clipped it back onto my box to be picked up and delivered to rightful person tomorrow. My neighbor at 1201 Oliver Street has recently had a piece of mail delivered to his house that was not his mail either. I am beginning to think the carrier is dyslexic. Maybe they look at the street number and read it wrong (way too often) and just deliver, not looking at the person that mail is addressed to. Please, please train this people to do their job correctly. It is not my job to walk mail down to another house on my street to deliver. The postage on mail pays for delivery. And when delivered to wrong person, it takes a day or two more before rightful owner gets their mail. This is a problem. I beg you to be good at overseeing what is going on with personnel. I am tired of complaining.

I recently sent a concerned email about carriers delivering on my street not being willing to bring mail to front porch mailbox that has been approved for a long time. Today I was scheduled for a small package addressed to me. So the carrier did get out of truck and bring my package to front porch. I was sent a text to retrieve this package. I noticed two pieces of important mail also placed in my box. One from PNC bank and the other from Spire the gas company. Both pieces were not in box earlier and both pieces were easily addressed to Charles Dupree at 1201 Oliver Street, my next door neighbor. His box is also on the front of his house. So the carrier chose to leave my package and Charles' mail in my box so they did not have to stop truck again next door at his house to deliver his two pieces of mail. I find this was not on accident, but on purpose. LAZY delivery person. How can one in the mail delivery profession look at not one, but two pieces addressed next door and leave them at my house which is 1205 Oliver Street.? I had no regular mail to be delivered today, only the small package. No way was this a mistake. It follows suit with my prior complaint as to have counsel with carriers to do their job and if person on route has a doctor's slip to approve a box on the front porch, by golly deliver as expected. This person today 12.20, chose to put my package on porch and my neighbors two mail pieces of importance in my box instead of stopping at his house, getting out of truck and delivering his mail to him.
