I’ve been watching one of my deliveries go back & forth between Birmingham & Huntsville for 2+ days & today it’s in Helena! I called the Post Office in Cullman - the phone rang for 3 minutes & switched to busy signal. No one seems to care about customer service at this post office!! I’m very disappointed but they most likely don’t care about that either!! Very poor service!!

Noone at this office answers the phone. Been calling for hrs, no one answers. Why is my mail not being picked up? The mail person doesn't even come by my house if I don't have mail the be delivered. I have had mail to be picked up for 2 days now, my flag is up. Noone has picked it up. I have bills that need to be delivered, to be paid on time. And bc this person doesn't want to do their job and check to see if I have mail to be picked up, it just sits there. NOT HAPPY!!!!!

How can a mail carrier deliver packages for a couple of days and a week later claim the address’s driveway was blocked. The gate they are referring to isn’t even to my driveway, rather the continuation of the road to land leased to two entities by the city. Conveniently, I tried to fill out the where’s my mail only for it to fail when I hit submit. No wonder USPS is looked down upon. No worries, is they answer the phone I will actually get to ask!

The Cullman AL post office does not answer their phone. I was told by the State of AL that Cullman sent my drivers license back because my address (lived here over 30 years) does not exist. Very poor service.
