This post office is one of the worst! Trying to get my infomed delivery restarted after a move and I have been referred to Auburn's e-911 office to insure my address is correct, then made two more trips to the post office because I can't stop mail online. During each of my trips, I have asked about both holding mail and and informed delivery without success. Fourth trip last week and was told that I had to go to Auburn's planning department to insure address had been submitted to the post office. Planning employee confirmed that every address in the subdivision had been entered into the system over a year ago! There is apparently a super-secret office where a super-secret USPS digiital master enters youe eleven digit zip code into the system. Another trip to the post office looking for that person was once again a failure. Nobody has even been able to explain why this issue cannot be resolved.

I have had a birthday card in my box with the flag up since tuesday May 26. The flag was up and mail put in box on top of the card to be mailed! IT will not arrive on time now. This happened about 2 months ago for a bill to be mailed and another time for granchilds birthday card several months ago. Please whoever delivers mail to 2105 Tamplin Drive make sure no ongoing mail is in box. Thank you
