So, I had a 'missed delivery' note left last week. The note had a website and article # that allowed you to schedule re-delivery. So, I picked a day I'd be home and scheduled it for re-delivery. To my suprise at the end of the day, I had another note from the carrier saying I needed to go to the post-office to pick up the article. Now, I never left the house. I have a Ring doorbell camera that would have captured any attempt to deliver. Two cars were in the driveway so it would have been apparent to anyone that someone was home. I've attempted to call the local PO to find out the reason for the note rather than actually delivering the article but they don't answer the phone, which from what I've read on FB has been a problem for years.
