My granddaughter came into the office in Riverton today (8/24) to request a change of address card. She was told that everything is done online now. She explained that she is a disabled person and that she does not have a credit card to pay the fee online. The clerk was extremely rude to her and told her if she didn’t pay the fee online, she could not get her mail! What is your system for disabled people or people without credit cards to pay the fee online to get their barcode? This clerk is a civil servant, and should not be allowed to discriminate against disabled people!
