One day last week we got 4 pieces of mail, and two were for other addresses. Today I had three pieces of mail, correctly addressed and stamped, in the box for pickup, with the flag up. The carried just dumped delivered mail on top of them instead of taking them. I tried to call Laramie office and then USPS but got no answer, or was told waiting time was more than 20 minutes (you must have a lot of complaints!)
