I'm sorry to report an encounter with a postal carrier yesterday afternoon between 3/3:30pm on Pinecrest in the town of Richmond. I was walking with my dog facing traffic near a residential driveway and residents mailbox. Your carrier refused to give me any leeway by driving within inches of us, never safely going around us as we passed! Our regular carrier, Paul, is more respectful of a pedestrian and their pet. Please bring this to her attention! I believe the postal vehicle # was 3300362 or 632? I tried to memorized yet it had occurred yesterday. Regards, JKohl Pardon any grammer/or spelling errors.
