Our Son is in the Military. He is based in San Diego, CA. I sent him a box on June 6th to his apartment address in California. He was in this apartment until the end of June. On Saturday, October 5, we received that box back stating it couldn't be delivered. You had a whole month to get that box to our son. Are you delivering mail by horse and buggy? We paid for First Class Priority mail and our son never received that box because someone was to incompetent to follow through and do their job. There is no excuse for this whatsoever. We paid for a service that you did not follow through with. Where in the world was that box sitting that it took 4 months to come back to us? Also, I sent 2 birthday cards in August. Two friends of mine share the same birthdate. We live in Schofield. They both live in Weston. It took a week and a half for them to receive their card. Again, no excuse for this low level of service whatsoever. One of the envelopes looked like it was run over by a car when my friend received it. There was black grease markings on the outside of the envelope. Is this the level of service the postal office has come to? Apparently so.
