Carrier refuses to deliver oversized packages because we live on a private road. Physical limitations keep us from climbing steps and ramp to pick up mail.

Delivery to residential homes needs improvement! At 4:37 pm today, package not delivered saying no access to delivery location. Weird but 20 min before that, another package was delivered to my mailbox. Too much work to leave at the doorstep? It's Christmas time!!!!! I have had packages tossed on the ground, stuck in my mailbox so tightly that I had to struggle to get it out. Very disappointed!!
