Just FYI your postal worker Arnold is rude AF. Instead of explaining processes to customers he gets a attitude. Be clear, every person who comes in is a customer and should be respected as such. As employees you know more than most would know concerning the postal service, fees and turnaround times. Therefore you should inform them without an attitude. I also work with the public and would never treat anyone that way. This was my favorite post office, not anymore. Please educate your staff.
