At what point in the last few hundred years did we decide the US Postal Service is utterly incapable of delivery mail anymore? Year in, and year out, this branch fails on every level. We've gone almost two weeks without mail, I've got elderly neighbors who missed paying their bills, I have lost packages, and I have excuse after excuse after excuse as to why Snohomish stands head and shoulders above its peers as the WORST, most incapable branch I've ever seen. The personnel? They do great. No issues at all, I feel bad for them. It's the broken down process, the lack of oversight, the incapable management, and the incredible lack of accountability makes this a gigantic sink hole of tax payer dollars.
