Good day, We received a notice in our mail of the boxes being blocked and mail was not delivered. The neighbor at 1400 E Spencer Lake Road has blocked the boxes many times. There are three boxes together, 1381 and 1430 are not doing the blocking in mention. Thank you, Chris Coleman

I have used the Hold Mail service for years when we are out of town for extended periods of time. Never had a problem and greatly appreciate the service. Our mailman in the past is the best - drives our mail and delivers to our door. Must have a new person on our route now? Did a Hold Mail that was to end 4/10 and accumulated mail to be delivered by USPS to us. 4/11 - no delivery 4/12 - no delivery Became very concerned so I called about 4:00 pm on 4/12. We are signed up for ‘Informed Delivery’ so we knew there were some important pieces of mail. USPS answered my call, took my address and said she would go check. “Your mail is still here. I will put a note on it to deliver tomorrow”. No apologies, no concern. Very disappointed.
