Greenwood, Seattle, Washington Post Office. I went to check on my PO BOX today and the box was full, with a yellow slip in it, that says to present to teller. I waited in line for over 1 hour (as you can imagine with the holidays). The teller seemed very efficient, but he was the only one working. On my turn, I gave him the slip, he went in the back and said he has no idea where they put the mail and to come back tomorrow. Even if he was covering for someone else (I have never seen him there), wouldn't this be an info that would be provided to anyone covering? This is the post office; it seems to me that it is essential for workers to know where the mail is. Am I wrong? Also, the PO BOX is not free, I'm paying for it and I do have documents to retrieve. My PO BOX is not normally full, however with the holidays there is a number of catalogs/advertisement/junk being delivered and it happens to be full. I should still be able to retrieve my mail.
