Please direct this message to Postmaster at the Redmond Washington State Post Office. Dear Sir or Madame, I tried to contact you via phone number 425 869-3690 five times but was unable to reach you because your voice mailbox is full. I then tried to contact you through the Vandalism line 877 876-2455 and they transferred me to customer service where I waited for 45 minutes listening to a recording telling me to wait... I am submitting an incident report to you that a US postal mail delivery truck hit and damaged a mailbox kiosk at 15070 NE 144TH St, Redmond, WA 98052 on Monday or Tuesday, June 5 or 6, 2023. The incident was witnessed by a resident of our community who wishes to remain anonymous. I have a photograph of the damaged mailbox kiosk that I can send to you if you send me your email address. The damage to the postal mail kiosk appears to be significant enough to have warranted the driver to leave a note on site or report the incident to his superior for follow-up. Several business days have passed since the incident and we have not been contacted by the Redmond USPS Post Office. Since the Farm Homeowners Association is responsible for maintenance and repair of the mailbox kiosks in our community and a USPS mail delivery truck struck and damaged our property, we are requesting reimbursement of the cost to repair or replace the damaged structure. Please contact us to further investigate this incident, to acknowledge this event occurred with your driver, and that the process of estimating cost of reimbursement has been initiated.
