Two days till Christmas. Tracked my package from the sender to Tacoma, then to Puyallup on Saturday. Great, it will be out for delivery to me in Puyallup on Monday in time for Christmas. But no !! Come Monday morning to check the tracking, for some stupid reason my shipment is sent to a processing center in Enumclaw! What the heck! The package was a mile from my house! Think I will get it back in time? This is on top of continuing to misdeliver my mail to the apartment down the street even though it is addressed correctly and has no apt. number on the address. I am sick of the service I get. You need to get your act together.

You need to open the lobby so that we can get to our post office boxes that we pay for. I know that they are locked during the night but they are supposed to be open by 0600 in the morning which as usually it was not. Approx 20 people came and went on 9/3/2024 from 0645 to approx 0715. There is no way to even get in contact with any one on the phone to get them to open it. This has been the 3 time in like 2 weeks this has happened. How hard is it to do your paid job.

You need to open the lobby so that we can get to our post office boxes that we pay for. Quite a few people tried to get in on 6/22/24 645 to 720 am this morning and again the doors were locked. This is not the first, second or third time this has happened. WTF
