I’ve been using this post office for more than 40 years. Since the drivers are no longer “employed” being able to count on deliveries is up in the air. I’ve had mail returned with my name & correct address on it. The attitude used to be bad for one of the staff years ago and I guess they just exchanged her poor customers service for someone else’s. I tried to call this morning to get a question answered & let the phone ring for a solid 3 minutes and still no answer. If you don’t like talking to people quit your job because customer service is what this job is. So disappointed with NO other options in town.
