If I could give zero stars, I would. The two women (Eleanor and another lady) who work at this post office are consistently rude and unprofessional. They’ve made a habit of returning mail and packages if the P.O. Box number isn’t written, even when they clearly know which box it belongs to. It’s petty, inconsiderate behavior that causes unnecessary delays and frustration. This isn’t a one-time issue; their behavior has been consistent for years. A quick look at their 1.5-star average on Yelp, dating back over 8 years, shows I’m not the only one who’s had bad experiences here. It’s shocking that leadership hasn’t stepped in to address this. Replacing them with friendly, competent staff would make a world of difference.
