As my anger subsided I realized this is .com and not .gov, so my attempts to contact USPS were foolish. I did get my package. Ignore these reviews.

For USPS 23323. Tracking Number 9470111200843850600100. Prior to yesterday afternoon’s review, I tried calling 23323 at 757-487-1625 and faxing at 757-558-9907; both had no answer. Morning of 12/15/2022 follow-up: my note on my mailbox asking other residents to call if my package was in their box has no responses. Yesterday afternoon and at 5, 7, and 9 pm I re-checked all open package size mailboxes. At 9 pm and at 7:20 this morning 5 of the 10 open package size mailboxes had been picked up. The package mailboxes are supposed to be locked and a key placed in the regular mail box, but there was absolutely no security for residents’ packages. The Tattersall office said many package size mailboxes had mechanical problems. Packages are alternatively secured in the office, but apparently the delivery person just unloaded the packages into open package size mailboxes. According to Consumer Cellular, my package required signature. The office would have signed for it and secured it. In the 5 years I have lived here, service was great when Joe C. was our mail carrier, but now I have to swap the correct mail with my neighbors every week or 2. USPS can and should try to do better.

For USPS 23323 12/14/2022 Consumer Cellular Order shows the USPS Tracking Number 9470111200843850600100 and specifies that signature is required. However, tracking information shows Delivered In/At Mailbox. The package is neither in the mailbox nor in the Tattersall Apartments office. Either your carrier is incompetent or a thief. My guess is incompetent because I had my neighbor’s mail in my mailbox yesterday. Please find my new cell phone and hire more competent mail delivery personnel. Richard Collins, 1625 Summerall Ln.
