Had a package that was oversized. The note that was put in the box said they would attempt delivery today the reasoning put in the system was mailbox was full which was incorrect. When I called the post office and spoke with Kim who claimed to be the post master she was less than helpful. I was then told the package is at the post office for pick up ...no where does it say that otherwise it would have been picked up yesterday when I had a truck to pick it up. She was very rude and when I called her out she said I'm giving you the same energy and post what I want about her. Very disrespectful!!
