Got a note in my elderly Moms mailbox saying the mailbox is full, mail is being held for 10 days then returned to sender. The date is set to return 11-11-25. So USPS closed the 11th. So I have called for days nobody answers the phone at the posted number972-937-4145. I work the same hours at the post office. 1. I tried to call you at 1155 this morning. No response. If you take lunch breaks, please say so! 2. In the past week, we have received one first class and zero third class. Others are reporting a similar experience. 3. When a resident asked a carrier about this, the carrier had an attitude.

Worst postal service ever! With the exception of a few workers, terrible service. Lost and stolen packages. Packages thrown away. Might pick up mail and might not, even when a request is put in. Manager is horrible. Customer service is non-existent. And forget a claim, what a joke. Use UPS. Save yourself the money.
