Our mailboxes were changed out and our mail was being picked up at the post office until we received our keys. Well they decided to start delivering to our mailboxes even though quite a few of us have not received our keys because they don't know whose is whose. Therefore they are keeping our mail from us by delivering knowing we have no way to get into our boxes. Have been in person 4 times to get my key and still nothing. I have left my name and address and phone number and no call back. I have an important piece of mail sitting in my box that has to be signed and faxed back before midnight Friday or my policy will be cancelled. This is just unacceptable behavior.
