We have a bank of mail boxes of which 8 are damaged and do not work. We have been told to go to DeZavala post office to pick up mail. NO. The mailman needs to deliver our mail somehow or do whatever it takes to fix the mail boxes. I pay taxes and I deserve mail to be delivered to my address, NOT run yourself 20 miles everyday to pick it up. I am 80 years old and cannot drive in San Antonio Traffic any longer. I have triede to call Cedar Elm post office and you all have conveniently fixed it so no one can do that. Fix the mail boxes or I will call the Post Master General and find out why I cannot receive my mail. Thanks so much, Kit Burton 25839 Fleet Gdn., San Antonio, TX 78255.

5910 Woodridge Oaks San Antonio, 78249 We have had our cluster mailboxes broken into AGAIN on Woodridge Path. Woodridge Path does not have any homes on it - it is a connecting side street only. I understand you will/can not move our mailboxes - only repair or replace. If they are replaced can it please be with a more secure type of cluster mailbox and not the type we have? They have opened/torn the back off - AGAIN. Very frustrating! We have lived in this home for 36 years - these break ins make it hard for us old people to stand in line to pick up our mail. Thank you!!
