We visit today for a passport request without appointment, Reginald received all the people we were there with a very kind smile and gave a solution to all people in the line without appointment. It is the best customer service experience I ever had in Texas. Kudos to Reginald keep up the great work

I trying to get my package. I am not home to receive it. I called the Rockwall Postal Service number but the phone just rings with no one answering. I have tried three times.

Always nice crew on this location, but for post master there will be a - F. How can you let you costumers park down the street OR park across busy 205, while your post office crew takes up the entire parking lot. Has been like this for years. Shameful of you postmaster to let this go on this long. I was there today and sat in line to get in to parking lot. while inside there was two people in line. What does that tell you!
