Ok here I go again with so much frustration. I reside at 701 Turtle Bend Dr Killeen 76542. We had the same carrier for years…..had such a great relationship with him, everybody in the Turtle Bend area. We obtain a new carrier and nothing but issues (it seems to be with his fill ins when he is out) because it appears to be women. We have 4 vehicles and which three are in the driveway, one has to park on the street. I tried my best to keep it out of the way but there are times I had no choice based on being to close to our neighbors area. The fill ins would not deliver my mail and in one case lost an investment check I had to spend 2 months to get replaced as it never came to my box after the day the mail wasn’t delivered. We then spent $1,200.00 to take out the old box and put in a new one 6 feet over. This still doesn’t satisfy the carrier because it is too much effort to try and drop off the mail if I am 1-2 feet not far enough up. If you would like to contact me I can send you pictures of my situation and really would like some cooperation for the carrier. In todays society it would be so appreciated if the younger generation would work with the retired as it is really stressing me out. My rating concerning the inside office staff wonderful the field carrier who keeps leaving me th3se measurement maps of how I should park gets no rating. I am sure - especially on the north side of town where vehicles have to park close the carriers are kind and work with people to do their deliveries.
