I have a change of address forwarding in place and am waiting on an important document....my diploma from college. The tracking shows it was at Willow Place Post Office on Feb 1, but there is nothing after that. I need my document. You all run a bad business. The post office used to be dependable but isn't anymore. I can never reach anyone by phone. I don't have a problem coming there to pick up my package, but I can never reach anyone to set it up. So frustrating. I guess I will need to take further legal action.

WTF!?! I have dialed the correct number a dozen times this morning. Nobody answers. Yesterday, you failed to deliver my package. Tracking # 92001903060085300073715346 This was said to be for INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS The vendor confirmed the address on the order was correct. I get mail at this address daily. Thousands of letters and packages over the years. Why did the package get returned? Why wasn't I notified of this BEFORE it was returned? I have informed delivery, but obviously it didn't do anything for me in this case.
