I am a resident of the Briarchase at Hambledon community for some unexplained reason i have been having issues when it comes to being notified or delivered Certified mail.tThe first incident i went to the office at least twice to be told it was'nt there only to come back the next day and retrived it. I was told by an employee "'Sir some people dont do there job". Second incident certified mail was sent from Virginia on 5|30|2026 i was told repeatedly the mail wasn't there later i was told from a South Houston Branch that it had been scanned and was there. i retrieved the mailing on 6\12\2026. On this same day i asked to speak to Management and waited for over an hour Ms Bozeman finally appeared and i voiced my concerns. Prior to this the year of 2024 our community mail station was broken into. The carriers of the mail for the Briarchase wasn't even aware until fellow neighbors starting talking amongst each other. The mail station should have been taped up with some type of notice for residence to pick up mailing at the Cornerstone office. This should not be happening. Andrew Isaac,JR.
