I have called more than a dozen times over the past 2 days and not once has anyone answered the phone, except one occasion when they picked up the receiver and immediately hung up. I have an irate customer related to a tracking/delivery issue and I have exhausted everything I can do online on my own. I really need assistance. Someone I can talk to asap.

Last Thursday I went to the AB Post Office to find a package that was shown to be delivered/picked up at 7:32pm on Monday. I gave it until Thursday before going in. The lady that helped me was EXTREMELY RUDE!! She kept telling me it was delivered and I said it had not been delivered TO ME. When I asked why it states that someone picked it up, I was told it is to "stop the clock". She said my postal carrier was not in that day and she wrote my name and number and tracking on a piece of paper and said she woudl have my carrier call me. That was 7 days ago. Fortunately, my friendly neighbor on another street delivered to me as it was mistakenly delivered to her. Every time I call, they either don't answer and it gives a busy signal after 5 minutes or they pick up and hang up right away without speaking. If this was not zoned to my zip code, I would never patron this location. Also, they get one star for putting the drive though box back. However, it is bolted so far back, I have to unbuckle my seat belt and climb out my window to insert the mail. The slot is at the back of the mail box. I have also received mail from a previous owner that hasn't lived here in 2 years. I want it to be stopped as she receives a lot of mail still.
