Very few nice people there, but the ones who smile assist effectively and politely. One old man never smiles or talks to you and is sometimes abrasive. If you try to call- make sure it isn’t close to opening, lunch time, or closing. If they get paid for 8 hours- they certainly are not working 8 hours.
