The young black driver who delivers mail to the Highland Meadows subdivision needs to follow the laws of the, i.e. stop at stop signs. He has done this before and almost hit me twice, once on the motorcycle and today in my vehicle. He is also the driver who throws packages at the doors, which several residents have him on video. I do not believe this employee should be allowed to continue delivering mail. He might be better suited to remain at the post office sorting mail. It would be safer for other residents if he doesn't not drive. I will be happy to file an official complaint in for his personnel file.
