I live in a senior apartment complex. I have complained once before about not receiving mail that was critical for me. It was a pre loaded spending card from my insurance company. In addition to that, I have lost Medicaid benefits because applications I have sent in a timely manner have been rejected as having not been received by the due date. I had send them with three weeks until the due date. Recently I have been expecting a check for working in the Primary elections. Everyone I have worked with have received their checks except for me. Also, I am constantly getting someone else’s mail in my mail box and had to take it to the office here so they could rightfully receive the misplaced mail. When I first moved here and went down to get my mail. I was putting the key in the box and a man walked up and rudely said, “You could at least wait until I have out the mail in the box! On my first day here, I didn’t know when mail was delivered and I did not appreciate his hostility and rudeness. I have lived here now a little over a year and the mail delivery has become an ongoing problem.
