I live in Country Lakes Estates and have a package on the box on Athens. The key doesn’t work. It’s bent and the lock has been rotated 45 degrees to the right. It’s been dodgy for weeks now. The mail person has been less than helpful by continually putting the wrong mail in my box. Please contact me ASAP at 530-945-2285 as I would like my package as it is a gift.

I am having trouble opening a package box. Key left in my mail box does not work. I live at 8809 Thompson Road in Northlake , TX 76226. Have been trying to contact the post office (6-times)but nobody answered the phone. I have tried 940-464-7626 and 800-275-8777. Who can I call to get some help? Today is Monday 3:15pm, so I know they are open. Only option I see is to chase down the mail truck. Which I shouldn't have too.
