I have had wonderful experiences at this location with the gentlemen who work there. Today, I had the most upsetting, horrific experience with Sandy. I will never forget how unprofessional, and horrible she was to me. I am a tough woman, a trained attorney, and I left in tears after an experience with her. She needs to be trained immediately in customer service and spoken to immediately about appropriate versus inappropriate behavior. This is my first 'negative' review I have written for a business but the experience was so awful and so embarrassing that I had to take the time to provide this feedback.
