I have not received an answer about why our service has been so bad. Our mail delivery has been 11/20 6:30 pm, 11/21 7:45 pm, 11/22 7:30, 11/24 no delivery, 11/25 8:10 pm, 11/27 9:25 pm, 11/28 7:00 pm, 11/29 4:00 pm, 11/30 8:30pm, 12/01 7:00pm, 12/02 8:30 pm, 12/04 6:30 pm, 12/05 6:30 pm, 12/06 6:25 pm, 12/07 8:30, 12/08 8:57, 12/09 6:00 pm, 12/11 8:45 pm, 12/12 no delivery and 12/13 here we wait.

This Post office received my package by mistake, they just let it sit from November 30th 2023 to December 6th and instead of sending it back to the local Knoxville Distribution Center to get routed to my local post office they somehow sent it to Georgia!!! What a joke!

Our mail is not being delivered every day or until late every day. 11-20-23 6:30 pm, 11-21-23 7:45 pm,11-22-23 7:15pm, 11-24-23 no delivery, 11-25-23 8:10 pm, 11-27-23 8:35 no delivery yet. This has been an on going problem and this last week is just an example. 1220 Wallace Rd 37919.
