Absolute worst USPS post office ever. Dropped off a package on Monday 1/13/2025. Paid extra to have it delivered by Thursday the 16th. It’s currently Friday the 17th and the tracking shows that it’s still currently at the Hixson location…I know it’s hard to put a brown package onto a truck to get it moving along in the USPS system(joke). This postmaster should be fired for not having a better workflow system in place, but it’s a government job so no repercussions for not doing your job.

Numerous times our mail carrier places packages on top of our brick mailbox. Once one with a fragile sticker was placed barely in front of the mailbox. During this holiday season, the placement on top of the mailbox is disrespectful to us and the sender and easily stolen. Please ensure packages are taken to the porch and appropriately placed.

I can't get anyone to answer the phone. I get a message to hold for operator and the phone rings several times and I get cut off.
