I initiated a HOLD mail request, received confirmation email that it was beginning, but it never happened. My mailbox was running over until one of my neighbors contacted me to let me know and offered to help with the overflow. I have many very important papers being delivered during this time, and NOTHING HAPPENED. What was also very frustrating was I received a notice that my HOLD request would be ending on the scheduled end date, but it never started to begin with. I have tried tirelessly to reach a live person at this location but no one ever answers the phone. I have documented confirmation numbers, service request tracker numbers, and confirmation emails for a postal benefit that obviously does not exist at the location. I would welcome a call from the POSTMASTER or anyone from this post office but I doubt very seriously that will happen. My review is that don't rely on this post office to do what you request and certainly don't expect any assistance if you have a problem. It disappoints me to have to write this review, but it appears that this may be the only way I will ever get any attention from anyone at this location. FRANKLIN POST OFFICE..... please contact me. I know you have my information as I have given it to you about ten times now. I will wait to see if anyone cares enough to contact me.
