I had mail that I really needed to be picked up today and had it in the mailbox with the flag up several hours before the postman came. My box was passed without it being picked up. That is so disturbing! I haven't been complaining about the # of times neighbors' mail shows up in our box but that, too, is disturbing. I'm assuming our mail may also be incorrectly delivered and who knows if we have missed something important! PLEASE improve your service.
