I'm 4.8 miles from the Post Office. Checked my mail first thing this morning looking for a package. Tracking said it was out for delivery as of 6:10 AM, with an Estimated delivery time of 4:45 PM. Fine, it's just a number. But after TEN HOURS AND THIRTY FIVE MINUTES the estimated delivery time just disappeared with no delivery, THAT'S OUTRAGEOUS! Four point eight miles and no delivery!!!! Now, because your office is closed on Sunday, I have to go through this same UNACCEPTABLE process on Monday!!! When I was a kid the Postman, who we knew by his first name, would actually knock on door to deliver packages. NOW YOU CAN'T EVEN COUNT ON THEM TO SHOW UP!!!
