Who is in charge of hiring and firing here? This location is well known for being the RUDEST P.O. branch in the Upstate. They have had that reputation for over 20 years. Still, on a whim, I stopped by today because it was convenient. I was met with a masked employee who turned away from me. And another employee who was watching a movie on his phone and was ticked off to serve me. He took a phone call through his air pod while weighing my package. I really wish this government agency weren't getting a penny of my tax money. Public servants indeed.

Walmart sent a notification the package was delivered the morning of the 28th. I checked the mailbox that afternoon and there was nothing. This is bad. Walmart has always reported correctly in the past. There is a serious issue with our postal carrier. A serious issue. Mail missing for a month with gift cards! I no longer receive notifications I signed up for to know what mail and packages I will get soon. Now I have a package missing again?! Going forward it seems I need my mail brought to my door. I’ve lived here seven years. No one here would ever tamper with my mail. The previous mail carrier never had these issues. The current mail carrier is the only difference. I’m expecting a letter from a dear friend as well. I want my package. I want my friend’s letter. I want my mail delivered properly and not have an entire month’s worth of mail mysteriously disappear. I will continue to move up the chain of command until this problem is solved.

I was supposed to get a package today. UPS processed it in their Spartanburg facility and transferred it to you . You received the package yesterday at 2:50pm. I haven’t received any notifications of any mail or packages I should be getting soon. I signed up to always be notified. I still have none of my December mail. I’ve lived here 7 years and have never picked up the mail everyday as the postal carrier claims. None of my neighbors would have taken my mail. I know there were three gift cards in December’s mail. I’m concerned now about my package. Sadly my trust in getting my mail properly has been taken away by the goings on with my mail since December. I was told my package would be delivered today. Where’s the notification from USPS it is coming?
