I tried calling your office at the number 843-760-5420 listed on your website and got a message that said " We're sorry but that number cannot be completed as dialed" Why do you have an invalid phone number on your website?

I ordered a gift to be sent to a friend at 6625 Dorchester Road Lot 192 North Charleston, SC 29418 The tracking number is: 9405536208070292815079 The package was out for delivery at 6:10 AM on Dec 16, 2024 it was listed as "Returned to sender" at 9:33 AM on Dec 16, 2024 for the reason of "incomplete address". I checked with my friend and verified the address was correct. I received a text from USPS 8:34 AM on 12-16-2024 saying "Insufficient Address". I replied that the address 6625 Dorchester Road was good. I received another text from USPS saying "USPS Tacking Number Invalid - 6625. Visit usps.com/textracking. I sent another text with the tracking number saying that "6625...is a valid address. Please attempt delivery". I received another text saying "USPS Tracking Number Invalid - FOR. Visit usps.com/texttracking". I don't know how you determined the address was incomplete/invalid as that address receives mail on a regular basis.
