We did the outside painting and landscape work for this location. Work was agreed upon on 12/7/22 and completed on 12/11/22 for $2,875.00. Patsy Williams agreed to pay by credit card once the work was complete. She then informed me that she couldn’t pay by card until after the new year. I told her that wasn’t what was discussed so she said she would get them to overnight me a check. After a week I called several times and finally reached Patsy, at that time she said they don’t overnight checks and that it would come by regular mail. She stopped answering texts and phone calls so I visited the post office on 12/22/22 only to find out she didn’t work there anymore. They then directed me to Amy Hutchings who said that if I split up the invoice into 3 invoices, they would pay by card on 12/23/22. I reached out the following week on 12/27/22 and she said that it was being taken care of. I then reached out again on 12/29/22 and she said she would have her supervisor call me. No one ever called and Ms. Hutchings stopped answering calls and texts. I revisited the post office on 1/4/23 at 9 am where the supervisor named Shamone reached out to her supervisor who said he would call me asap. I have not heard back from anyone after multiple in-person visits and countless calls and text messages.
