Asked carrier not to leave packages on steps if no one is available to receive them. The carrier does not attempt delivery or leave packages on steps anyway. I have asked on several occasions to let me know if instructions are not clear. How would carrier know if no one is available? Get out the vehicle and come to the door. I do have informed delivery, but instructions seem to be ignored.

Where......WHERE does a postal carrier get off taking it upon themselves to take the mail out of OUR MAILBOX at Palisades New River 426 Rolling Marsh Lane #201, Hardeeville SC 29927.......and bring it BACK TO THE HARDEEVILLE USPS office? I am BEYOND INCENSED AND TRULY ANGRY.....that this "person" who is only a daily delivery person decides to take OUR PROPERTY out of OUR MAILBOX just because WE WHO ARE RESIDENTS IN THAT UNIT might work on the road?????????? THIS IS THE FIRST time this has happened and to be clear the level of my ANGER is beyond your comprehension because there are MONEY/CHECKS in the mail that WE RECEIVE and your idiot delivery person just SCREWED EVERYTHING UP FOR US! UNLESS we tell you to HOLD THE MAIL.....DO NOT TOUCH NOT TOUCH our mail. IT is bad enough that I have to call my bank each of the last few months because USPS is so SLOW to deliver things that are NOT that far away from SC and throwing my finances all over the place because of YOUR INCOMPETENCE as a GOVERNMENT org who is TAXPAYER funded!!!!! That is FEDERAL property that has been messed with being that it is OUR MAIL....so I feel that this person who took it upon themselves to take OUR MAIL....needs to NO LONGER BE ALLOWED TO Deliver mail.
