I went there yesterday to mail a magazine to a friend in Florida. I went to the Dollar store first to buy the large manilla envelope. I then went to the Fountain Inn PO next door. I noticed the glue was not sticking so I asked the clerk, large black man wearing a mask, if I could use some tape on it. He said they don't let us have tape. What? So I asked for packing tape and he said I'd have to buy a roll for $4+, what! Then he said I'd have to go home and seal it which was 15 mins. away. He just stared at me like "sucks to be you"! Then I spotted a stapler so I asked if I could use that. He agreed and I stapled my envelope, easy peasy. My issue is this man is never friendly and why didn't he offer the stapler so I wouldn't have to go home? He is not a nice person. As I left I saw a packing tape gun behind the counter!!! What is wrong with people that don't care to help others? Is it because I'm white? Bet he wouldn't tell a brother to go home and come back. I have told many people and they call him a jerk! It's my taxes paying his salary and this is how I get treated? Shameful!
