They constantly lie about packages being delivered or site has no access to delivery. The do not answer the phone if you try and call. They do not respond to claims filed. Absolutely ridiculous.

Four pieces of mail were delivered to my address that do not belong at this address. t them on my mailbox for two days for the mail carrier to pick up and redeliver. Today I actually put a note on them so he would understand that the mail needs to go to the correct addresses. He has refused to take them. I tried to call the local post office but after 6 tries, no one will pick up. What should I do with this mail? I am not able to take them to a post office. I live at 127 Birmingham Road, Pittsburgh PA 15210. Please send a responsible carrier to redeliver this mail.
