Good day, on 12/13/2022 time of transaction,02:09 PM #565 I purchased stamps, mailed a pkg. & a manila envelope mailer containing Xmas gifts to my 2 grandsons. The pkg. was delivered next day 12/14/2022. price for pkg. $5.40 Price for the 6x9 in. envelope was $0.84 transactions were made by Clerk: 30 Receipt #840-51900106-2-5183759-1 My total purchase was $18.24 In addition to this transaction with a clerk I mailed a total of 19 cards inside the post office. Two of those cards were delivered to a West Chester address, the manila envelope that contained gifts, were mailed to same West Chester address but never delivered to date. At the time of mailing the manila envelope, the clerk asked, what was in the envelope, I replied, cards. On my receipt it says Corsage?? So needless to say on Xmas Day there was no gift from Mom Mom, 1st time in 16 yrs. I explained to them that "GRINCH THIEVES" working in the postal service, somewhere down the line stole their gifts!!! This is unfortunate, sad and disappointing for me as well as the postal service. This is not the first time I've had issues in this office. I do hope there is improvement. Clearly, I'm not accusing a particular worker, but a "GRINCH THIEF" stole from me and probably hundreds as well. Please do better!!! Have a "GRINCH THIEF" FREE HAPPY NEW YEAR Thank you
