Today I finally caught & Talked to the sub mail carrier who has been slapping my mailbox closed. I asked him to please stop shutting the door so that the box swung crookedly off its stand. I went to this PO in Lansdowne & spoke with the flr mnger. This man is really stoned on narcotics & tho not impolite, a very passive/aggressive stance was taken by this unofficial job holder. THe sub was on his way to make a deal @ another area PO to tell him YES, I will carry drugs for you also known as a drug mule. The flr mngr doesn't have a clue as to what his duties are. HE IS LIVING BREATHING NARCOTIC CONSUMPTION MIXED W/ an UPPER JUST TO SATISFY THE REQUIREMNT OF A PO FLR MANAGER. This man will say nothing about the abuse I finally captured by the substitute on my route who thinks drug sales is the preferred American way. USPS is not safe at all. thinks the sale of drugs is the preferred American way.
